Tebello Mofokeng.
Managing Director
Tebello Mofokeng is a seasoned Occupational Hygienist by training, who holds a Chamber of Mines Advance certifcate (No: 990) in Occupational Hygiene as well an MBA from the prestigious Stellenbosch Business School. Tebello has been in the field of occupational hygiene for over 10 years providing services in underground and open cast mines. She has held the Mine Health and Safety Act, Section 12.1 appointment for several mines. Tebello established Leeroi Group to pursue her passion in the health and safety field, as well as head the call of job creation in South Africa.
Zwivhuya Matshavhange.
Occupational Hygiene Projects Manager
Zwivhuya is a SAIOH Registered Occupational Hygienist with over 8 years’ experience, specializing in diverse industries such as Petrochemicals, Smeltering, Freight Rail, Bulk Chemical Storage, Electricity Generation, and Pharmaceuticals. She holds a BSc in Environmental Management Honours, as well as a Mine Environmental Control Intermediate Certificate. Throughout her career, she’s developed a robust skill set encompassing risk assessment, exposure monitoring, compliance audits, and the implementation of tailored strategies to mitigate potential hazards. Her collaborative approach, coupled with a strong foundation in Regulations and industry standards, has consistently resulted in measurable improvements in workplace safety and employee well-being.
Aluwani Ndouvhada.
Environmental consultant
Aluwani Ndouvhada is an environmental scientist with approximately 10 years’ experience in the environmental management field. His area of expertise includes environmental impact assessment, capacity building and skills transfer, project management and administration, integrated waste management planning and water use license applications, environmental monitoring and compliance, resource management plans and public participation process. Aluwani holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrated Water Resource Management from the University of the Western Cape and a National Diploma: Environmental Science from Tshwane University of Technology. Aluwani has also completed the following professional development training ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System Auditing based on ISO9011 and 17021, Environmental Management System understanding and implementation of ISO14001: 2004, Integrated Waste Management.
